Our rescue operates entirely through the dedication of volunteers, foster families, adoption fees, donations, and personal contributions from our team. When we take in an animal, they are welcomed directly into our homes and cared for alongside our own families and pets for however long it takes to find the right forever home, whether that is weeks or several months.

During that time, we provide food, supplies, transportation, daily care, and veterinary treatment, often at significant personal expense. While adoption fees help offset a portion of these costs, they rarely cover the full amount needed to support the animals in our care throughout the year.

Every donation and act of support directly helps us continue rescuing, fostering, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. Without the generosity of our community, the lifesaving work we do would not be possible.

Volunteer

At YMM ARC, volunteers are the heart of everything we do. There are many ways to get involved, from giving animals a safe ride to the vet, offering short-term care in foster homes, picking up donated supplies, or supporting rescue efforts behind the scenes. Every bit of time and care makes a big difference.
